The Liberated City Hall of Aghios Dimitrios which has been occupied since the morning of December 11th, has released a statement calling for the release of all those arrested in the uprising. The ' liberated' city hall holds daily assemblies with 300 people participating, and calls itself 'a space for counter information and self organization'.

Meanwhile young protesters momentarily seized the state run TV turning off a speech by the Prime Minister and turning cameras on their banners which read: "Stop watching, get out onto the streets," and "Free everyone who has been arrested."
