Protests against the COP 15 climate summit in Copenhagen have been met with major police repression. Danish police militarized much of the city arresting 1,500 people over the weeks demonstrations. Last night saw clashes outside the autonomous Christiana district, with rioters throwing firebombs at police.analysis of the events:
